Product Team Concept
From new product introductions to commercial manufacture Pentagon operates a multi-disciplinary product team approach to drive our continuous improvement culture. In addition to ensuring full compliance with customer requirements on on-time in-full deliveries and quality the teams focus on key areas to improve: these include the identification and realisation of yield improvements, throughput enhancement via cycle time reduction and increased batch size, waste minimisation and solvent recycle.
